Klaasey is a strong believer in customer satisfaction and our goal is to provide you with world-class services and products without any hassles. We, however, need to have policies in place for smooth functioning. Shopping with us indicates that you have clearly understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
If for whatever reason you have any issue with the garment such as fitting problems or dislike the fabric and style, there will be refunds and returns within 5 days of delivery.
The full refund will only be initiated after carefully examining the returned clothing for any type of damage or tamper.
COD purchased products, if returned, will be charged a fee of Rs 99.
There will be no returns or exchanges if the product is washed or worn.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, in the form of a store credit and will automatically be applied to your account.
The Store credit refund must be redeemed within 6 months.

SHIPPING POLICY
General Information: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order using the original method of payment.
Delivery Location: Items offered on our website are available for delivery in India.
Delivery Time: An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Delivery lead time will vary from 1 day to 15 days based on delivery location.
Shipping Costs: Shipping is free on all orders from this website.
